Hello, xcoms
We started xcoms because every bakery owner we met was running their business from a WhatsApp inbox and a paper cake-board. Orders got lost on Sundays. Pickups got missed. The "POS" they'd tried was built for grocery shops — no flavour, no eggless toggle, no pickup time.
What xcoms does today
- Captures cake orders with the fields bakeries actually need.
- Moves orders through a clear pipeline: Pending → Production → In-stock → Delivered.
- Generates GST-compliant PDF invoices and sends them on WhatsApp in two taps.
- Offers an optional online storefront at
{bakery}.xcoms.inor a custom domain.
What's next
- Smarter production sheets that group by flavour and weight.
- Loyalty and re-order nudges over WhatsApp.
- Inventory tracking for raw materials.
