xcoms

Bakeries deserve better software.

xcoms started in a small bakery in Kerala. The owner was juggling WhatsApp orders, a cake-board diary, and a spreadsheet that wasn’t quite right. The off-the-shelf POS we tried treated cake orders like grocery line items — no flavour, no egg preference, no pickup time. So we built our own.

Today xcoms runs at bakeries across India. The team is small, the support is direct, and the roadmap is shaped by the people running the counter on a busy Saturday.

How we work

  • Talk to customers weekly. Every feature we ship comes from a conversation with a baker.
  • Stay small, stay focused. We’d rather do bakery POS exceptionally well than build a generic ERP.
  • Price fairly. Flat monthly fee, unlimited branches, unlimited users.

XSpine Tech is a Kochi-headquartered, full-service agency — the structural force behind ambitious brands. Branding, strategy, advertising, digital marketing, creative, communication, and technology all sit under one roof, so the work stays connected end to end. You bring the vision; we build the spine.

XSpine works across three layers: structure (brand foundation and identity), signal (campaigns and content), and growth (technology and digital platforms). Clients range from government bodies and tourism boards to startups and global brands — most of them retained for three years or more.

X Products is the SaaS arm of that studio — a line of purpose-built tools that solve specific industry problems, end to end. Every product carries an “X” prefix and goes deep on one vertical instead of trying to be everything for everyone.

xcoms is the bakery chapter of that story. See the rest of the lineup at xspine.in/products.

Co-Founder, XSpine Tech

“xcoms started with a simple frustration: bakeries are some of the hardest-working businesses in the country, and the software they’re handed treats a wedding cake the same as a packet of sugar. We wanted to build something that actually thinks like a baker — flavours, eggless toggles, pickup slots, WhatsApp invoices, the whole rhythm of a busy Saturday.”

“My job is to keep xcoms opinionated. We say no to features that make the product heavier, and yes to the small details that save a counter staff ten seconds — ten seconds, fifty times a day, is the difference between a calm shop and a chaotic one.”
